During the school year, we offer 3 main ministries to children: Bible study classes (Sunday School), AWANA, and Children’s Choirs/Music. We are now offering these ministries in multiple formats to meet the needs of our families during COVID.
For the safety of our children, we require all families to use our secure check-in system when dropping off and picking up children. If you are not familiar with secure check-in systems, please let us know upon arrival and we will be happy to help. During COVID, our teachers will check families in to limit contact with the computer keyboards and screens.

Bible Study Classes/Sunday School – Sundays 10:05 AM
We offer age-appropriate lessons and activities for children birth through 5th grade where they can explore the God who created them and how they can share His love with the world around them. It is our privilege to partner with our parents as they point their children to the Lord. We equip families with at-home discipleship tools which help them dig further into each week’s lesson in fun and exciting new ways.
For children under age 5, we offer Extended Teaching Care (ETC) during our Worship Gatherings at 9:00 AM and 11:15 AM. During ETC our youngest children take part in play-based learning activities that reinforce the week’s Bible lesson while their parents attend the Worship Gathering.
Families may choose either the in-person class for their child, or our virtual classes. Virtual classes are staffed with fully certified volunteers who teach the same Bible lessons as the in-person classes each week. Our in-person classes follow reasonable social distancing measure to keep our children as safe and healthy as possible. Click here to see our COVID action plan for children’s ministries.
AWANA - Sundays 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Our AWANA program is open to children age 2 through 6th grade. AWANA is a program which focuses on the doctrines of Salvation, God, Christ, Humanity, and Sin. It is a scripture memory-based curriculum which adds progressively to a child’s working knowledge of scripture each year they participate in the program. Children work through one book per year and, upon completion of their handbook, earn an award.
Our AWANA program will have an in-person and virtual option for families this year due to COVID. Virtual classes will be led by fully certified volunteers. In-person classes will be conducted with reasonable social-distancing measures in place to ensure the healthiest environment we can provide. The Children’s Music Ministry provides preschoolers through fifth graders with opportunities to learn to use their heart, mind, body
Children's music will begin the fall with self-paced digital activities which will be delivered via Google Classroom. We will not meet in-person. We hope to move to in-person meetings as soon as we are able.
